I am so happy to finally have a mat with instructions. Having clear instructions makes learning so much easier.. The image and colors are bright and easy to read. My tiles move across the surface smoothly. Some mats are just too small and you feel cramped while playing. This mat is a perfect size to fit four people and still have elbow room. When rolled out there are no creases. I couldn’t ask for a better option for my Mahjong game.

Just learning how to play and I cannot tell you how helpful it was to have these notes on the board. Once we learn how to play the notes are still cute decor. The board is big and super study. The backing keeps it in place and the top is smooth & soft allowing the tiles to slide across easily.
